I have many Cluster, Harmonia, Moebius and Roedelius cds and they are all VERY good and prog / experimental / fun / avant / electronic , just the way i like it. But this is something else. This is like nothing i've ever heard from Roedelius as it incorporates a substancial amount of ensemble or orchestra type arrangements. Nothing pretty or sugary but more in the contemporary / avant style of usual suspects composers (as in 20th century classical composers). If you don't particularly like that type of music don't let that sacre you away. The electronic / kraut style we love is all here but carefully mixed and balanced with these scores (which really appear from time to time). Absolutely amazing and a very pleasant surprise coming from the more minimal / ambience side of german rockers. Get it!
